Sourdough pancakes are my kid’s favorite breakfast. I followed this YouTube VitaLivesFree recipe 👇

You may check it out, very soft and fluffy pancakes. 😋🥞🥞

Once you try, you won’t go back to normal pancakes.😅


  • Discard starter 227grams
  • Sugar 2tbsp
  • 1 egg
  • ⅓ salt
  • ¼ baking soda
  • 1tsp baking powder
  • Soften butter 2tbsp
  • Vanilla bean extract

Mix all the ingredients but don’t over mixer. Use nonstick pan to pan fry it. You can put little oil before pan fry the pancakes. 😊

Little oil sunny side up, my favorite 🥑 avocado , fig …. mixed salads without dressing and blueberries. Opss forgot there’s tomato as well.

  • Sunny side up- 1= 89kcal
  • Tomato = 20kcal
  • Fig = 30kcal
  • Avocado (half) = 115kcal
  • Mixed vege = 9kcal
  • Bluberries = 3kcal
  • Sourdough = 175kcal

Total calories = 441kcal
